Aiolupo’s illustrious rugby career spans decades, marked by his significant contributions to Pasifika Excellence, culminating in his role as a Pacific Board member on the Pasifika Rugby Hall of Fame Board. His journey began with 37 test matches, debuting against Tonga in 1983 and concluding against Australia in 1994. Notably, in 1986, Aiolupo showcased his versatility by representing Samoa in rugby league at the Pacific Cup. In 1995, he transitioned to rugby league, assuming the role of development officer for the Western Samoa Rugby League Association. A decade later, Aiolupo’s expertise expanded as he joined the coaching staff of Manu Samoa under Michael Jones’ leadership, alongside esteemed former players Peter Fatialofa and Frank Bunce. Currently, Aiolupo serves as the President of the Manu Samoa Old Boys, embodying a commitment to nurturing rugby talent and preserving the legacy of Samoan rugby excellence.
